Changing Lives has been helping people facing some of the most challenging circumstances for over 55 years. We began as a small charity in the North East called Tyneside Cyrenians, later The Cyrenians, helping people who were experiencing homelessness through our hostels and day centres. We now operate nationally from Northumberland to London and beyond, helping over 14,000 people each year facing the challenges of homelessness, recognising the complexities that often go beyond housing alone.

We know that everyone’s journey is different and that, with the right support, anyone can make positive change for good. By working alongside people, we help them overcome barriers and build safe, fulfilling and independent lives.
